What Layla does
From village green to royal occasion
Every event is different, but the care behind it is always the same. Here's where Layla can help.
Community festivals and markets
Street festivals, seasonal markets and sports days that bring whole neighbourhoods out, like the Wandsworth Bridge Road Spring Fayre with 27,000 visitors and the King Street Christmas Market. Layla works closely with local businesses and the council to make them happen smoothly.
Civic and ceremonial events
Remembrance parades, the Mayor's Civic Service and the Civic Honours Awards, right up to the Proclamation of King Charles III. Occasions where protocol matters and there is no second chance to get it right.
Private celebrations
Milestone birthdays and family occasions handled with complete discretion, including a three day 60th birthday at Drayton House with live music and bespoke theming.
Conferences and awards evenings
Conferences such as The Year Ahead and a business conference in Exeter, with keynote speakers and exhibitors. Also staff awards at Chelsea and Wimbledon football clubs, and mayoral charity and gala dinners.
Safety planning and approvals
Event management plans, risk assessments and site maps done properly. If your event needs to go before the Safety Advisory Group, Layla will help you prepare. When she's managing your event, she presents it herself.

We can supply the staging, lighting, sound, AV and backline for your event, whether it's a street stage, a candlelit chapel or a big screen in a town square.
Everything is booked and managed for you as part of one seamless service. You deal with one person, and everyone on site knows exactly what they're doing.
